Mix all ingredients except noodles and cinnamon sugar until well blended. Stir in noodles.
Spoon into 13-x-9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Cool at least 10 minutes; cut into squares. Serve warm. Store covered in refrigerator.
Variation: Stir in 1 cup raisins or 2 large apples, peeled, chopped, with noodles.
